We have combined our engineering knowledge with customer operating experience to develop a number of improved parts for the Avon gas generator. These parts are designed to offer superior reliability and/ or performance to Avon operators by remedying weaknesses in the original design.

Some of these enhanced components include but are not limited to:-

Redesigned discharge nozzle which provides improved resistance to fatigue damage.
Replacement thermocouple harnesses which offers a more rugged design for improved reliability.
Enhanced burner design which reduces burner coking and subsequent high cycle fatigue damage.
Replacement parts for a speed pick up assembly which was a known source of premature failure.
